Mark Charles shares two perceptions of time and how they impact our cultural understanding of a worship service.
Worship is contextual, including how a worshiping community perceives of time. Wise is the worshiping community that acknowledges these cultural differences and designs worship services that are sensitive to them.

This session will explore how to talk about differences in Catholic and Protestant worship. Every time we talk with a neighbor, teammate, or coworker from a different Christian tradition about what we do in worship and why, we are practicing liturgical theology.
